Today, I had some errands to run plus a meeting with a photographer to discuss an upcoming shoot. I wanted to be somewhat professional but with a little edge. So, I decided to pair a tank with some trousers, blazer, and my brown Mia booties. I promise to take better pictures next time.

This chick is gorgeous with a sassy personality to match. How can you not love Rihanna? Her music is known all over the world and she is known for setting trends, she sets them and people follow! She’s a rebel and she is not afraid to take risks when it comes to her style. Fashion is not about being serious; it’s about having fun, being creative, and being you. I came across this photo and thought to myself, only she can pull this look off. I would love to style her, that’s a dream of mine. I hope it can come true one day! 

Fashion File: All about ME!

Hey,

I have decided to start doing style diaries; I figure my blog should focus on me and my style. I will however, do an occasional femme noire in fashion, hot finds, and trend must haves. I know it will be difficult because, I don’t have a personal camera person to snap photos of me each time I’m heading out. ….lol. I’m just going to have to figure it out, I guess! So, with that being said, here is my first style diary. I hope you like it! The photos below were taken on a night my two sisters and I went to Tillman’s on 26th in New York City. It was really fun, sipping cocktails and dancing the night away. I always have a ball whenever I go out with my sisters. It was the end of summer 2011 and we were trying to go out with a BANG!
